Is somebody in immediate danger?

If somebody is in immediate danger or there is a threat to life, call 999.

WHR is a community volunteer organisation and does not replace the emergency services.

For urgent medical help that is not life-threatening, call NHS 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk.

Does someone need additional support?

WHR Community Vulnerable Register

The register is for residents who feel they may need additional assistance during flooding, extreme weather or another significant community incident.

There are no specific qualifications and there is no charge.

Utility Priority Services Registers

The utility registers and WHR Vulnerable Register serve different purposes. Depending upon their circumstances, someone may benefit from both.
