Our Risk Status Levels Explained:

If our Status is Act Now! This means we are currently in the midst of, or recovering from, some event. Our team members are probably very busy. We can only directly help those residents already on the Vulnerable Register if affected and in need of assistance or advice – reach out to us NOW on 07808-654321.
If you query is of a more routine nature, and not urgent, we would appreciate it if you could wait for our status to return to green.
If not already registered with us as vulnerable, please use the information and organisations on this site to help you deal with the crisis. (See links on home page for the specific resilience help areas)

If our Status is All Clear, then we have recovered from the last event, and are back to our usual monitoring and supporting role. It is very important that during these quieter periods, we prepare for what might happen in the next few months. All Clear is definitely time to plan ahead for the potentially upcoming events.

When our status is Get Prepared, this means we are aware of a fairly imminent event, and it is time to ensure all the plans made during the All Clear are put in place. Ensure your family and friends are prepared, your home and garden are ready and your car and other valuable assets are somewhere safe. Obviously the nature of the upcoming event will determine the nature of the risk, and suitable preparations. If you are on the vulnerable list, we are here to help you. Unfortunately, we can only give direct assistance to those on the vulnerable list.
